0:16 came here to see if anyone else thought the mouse clicking was silly. On a serious note though, these controllers are pretty damn good with some minor problems. They make playing in handheld mode actually enjoyable and I highly recommend. *Positives and Personal Feedback* - Very comfortable and light with a smooth, grippy surface while being just the right size for bigger hands - Larger sized clicky buttons, joysticks, and d-pad with great responsiveness and feedback - Amazing all on the fly customizability with LED light features, backside extra mappable ML/MR buttons, rumble, and turbo mode configurations. - Wireless support (can play when physically disconnected from the switch console, a key feature lacking in other third party switch controllers like the Hori Split Pad) - Comes packaged with the accessory to play in wireless mode (the middle piece that connects the joycons as if it were a standard or pro controller) - Visually looks stunning especially with the LED lights turned on. My favorite is to put it on the mode that slowly cycles through all the colors, although it can be a little awkward to sync up both controller LED lights since you have to set them up individually. I have to do something like a claw grip to perform the LED mode change. If you're a true gamer you should most likely have no problem 😆 - Can charge the controllers separately via USB-C or charge both when docked. - cheaper than the crappy official Nintendo joycons! - standard rumble and gyro/motion control functionality *Negatives & Personal Problems* - The left controller rarely disconnects from the rail, prompting me to push it back into the rail.(this could be my old switch's rails and not the fault of the controllers) - There was also one time, the backside ML button randomly became jammed but it corrected itself later and hasn't occured since retaining that normal clicky feel. - Rarely had trouble setting up for wireless mode or had some random disconnects when in wireless mode - To be expected but carrying these on the go is going to probably require that you also get the travel case like I did to protect them from damage. The NYXI cage is HUGE and unfortunately lacks a handle making this a little less convenient unless you are also placing the case in a backpack or something. - The controllers sometimes stays lit up when docked even when the system has long been shut down. - Can only map the backside buttons to any button on that corresponding controller side. For example you cannot assign d-pad buttons for the "MR" button(mappable right backside) since there is no d-pad on the right controller. - No "HD" rumble functionality

the issue i have is the hd rumble i think its better with no rumble then bad rumble

Can anyone verify how the D-pad is on this updated model? I had the old one and was excited to use it, but the D-pad really wasn't as great for fighting games as I was looking forward to

Playing Mario kart 8 deluxe two player mode will be a nightmare tbh

Very comfortable. But the back buttons are next to useless. Cannot bind the back buttons to the other joy cons buttons so cannot use the left back button for A or B etc. Also there's a delay on the back buttons. About a 1 second delay but enough to notice it even in pokemon. So their useless in games where that 1 second counts which is basically all of them.

it'd be nice if they didn't CONSTANTLY disconnect.

Third party controller company's gotta know that the controllers gotta support all the features of the original controllers. There are some games that need a feature. Rumble, Gyro, IR, motion ect. A new controller for smash. Maybe it's better.
