This is an impressive personal item. It's a torch style lighter with a built in cigar cutter. I like that it has flaps that open when it lights and then close when the flames go out. That way your skin can't come into contact hot elements so that combined with it's built in cooling vents makes this an elegant and stylish item. Would be a good gift.
