materials change krty jaho , colors change hoty jahy gy like GaAs(1.8ev) red color, GaP (2.3ev) green color and GaN(3.4ev) blue color

Sir Ji jab aap band gap energy approx 1.8 eV bata rahe h to wavelength me fir itnaa variation kyu h 4000 to 7800 Angstrom. Actual me LED ke semiconductor material ka band gap 1.8 to 3eV ke bich me lye karta h. If I am wrong please correct me Sir 🙏
