Well the weight does play a part because if it was light enough you could grab it by the tip or corner or something with your finger tips but due to its weight you're forced to get a better grip which in turn makes the size of the hole more important

I can pick up 12 kg I'm small (also you can't pick up that kind of block from the corner cuz the corners are slopes and it's really hard to pick up slopes)

You needed both smallish hands AND strength. As demonstrated by the kids in the beginning. The weight coupled with that shape as well as the height of the hole meant that picking it up, lifting it and keeping a good grasp on it while pulling it out of the hole was actually hard for small hands.

@@mariec7092 I totally agree that is the solution to the to the problem I was cleaning out the fact that the guy was downsizing that part of the main problem was the size of the hole and barely fit the block instead of focusing on the weight. (P.s. you don't really have to be that strong to pick up about 26 lb or about 12kg)

It's not about strength it's about hand size and the right technique Edit: This comment section is crazy. Lots of variety, but no 15 pounds is super ez to do with the right technique. Sure strength is cool but isn't nearly as important as the 2 I mentioned above. IF your hands are too big you can't get your hand back out unless you want to rip your skin off. And if you don't have the right technique you can't get the bar no matter your hand size or strength. 15 lbs is still ez even at this angle. If you can't lift it girl or boy you should probably start working out a bit

U could be the strongest, but even with all that muscle, u still absolutely need hands small enough to fit. Tbh theres no rules about using both hands You could probably get the bar to lean up against the hole then fish it out with both thumbs ontop and index fingers and digitus' on the bottom which would work with any size hands
