Damn straight! Since I am a Dad myself, I’ll be teaching my kids when they’re older how great this kind of music truly is instead of the today’s chr top 40 garbage that cares way more about ass shaking and bashing and hating on someone and sexual vulgarities in their lyrics and money than they do in just making music that gives listeners something to enjoy singing and dancing along to like this stuff here and the 80’s and 90’s musical solo artists and group did. It’ll be a while though because my son is turning 3 in October and my daughter will be 2 in January.

Asked by Billboard magazine if he is singing about God, Jason Wade replied: "I didn't really think about it when I was writing it. I knew at the end of it that it was a love song, and I kind of come from that world, so it can be interpreted as a spiritual song or a love song. I feel like people have just been taking it for whatever they want it to be through the years - which I'm totally fine with, because I think that music should be interpreted how the listener wants to interpret it."

I love Lifehouse and I agree with Mr. Wade because that is what music is to all of us and that is why music is the most special form of artistry because people can take many songs and apply to their own life in so many aspects! I always told my son if I could give you one thing to love besides reading it would be MUSIC!!!

Listening to these songs takes me back to a time when life was simpler, and the music had a magical quality that resonated with so many of us. The early 2000s truly gave us an era of unforgettable melodies and heartfelt lyrics. It's incredible how just a few seconds of a track can flood our minds with memories and emotions. These songs are timeless treasures that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Let's raise a glass to the early 2000s, where nostalgia lives on, reminding us of the power of music to connect us across time and space.

Couldn't have said it any better. The 90s and early 00s are and will probably forever remain the best period of music ever - everything just sounded so much more beautiful and had so much more soul and substance back then, absolutely no comparison to today's soulless garbage.

The song "Hanging by a Moment" by Lifehouse is about the feeling of being in love, and the fear of losing that love. The lyrics describe the intense emotions that come along with being in love, the fear of losing that love, and the desire to hold onto it. The chorus of the song, "It's hard to hold on and it's hard to let go," encapsulates the struggle of wanting to hold on to love but also being afraid of getting hurt. Ultimately, the song is about the challenges and rewards of love, and the desire to hold onto it despite the fear of losing it.

Nowadays it doesn't get any airplay as far as I know. Found it by KZread recommendation and it takes me back to my childhood. Great tune.

This bands music brought me through my preteen, teen, college and adult years. Whenever I've been in the darkest places, or needed music to help me sleep. Now I share this as lullaby music for my new born. If I ever meet these guys, I'll never be able to express what they've done for me in my life and ill never be able to repay them for the emotional healing and support I've received from their music.
