People wondering why HR is concerned😂 Maybe long hours (overnight) are not encouraged and a colleague (who’s probably not close to Fikah) is concerned that she might have personal circumstance that forces her to stay in office. It’s good that HR caught on fast.

Actually, In sg, we are not allowed to stay overnight in commercial or industry building unless it work related, that why HR been asking if they are having a shoot.

great to see sew isnt those who make you feel overwhelmed, bossy kind of people. Rather seems like everyone feels equal (but yeah regardless of friendliness/equality i mean boss's word shud be final)

This is actually a nightmare for HR, Facilities, and Security. Because if anything were to happen during that period, example accident or things missing, those teams will need to deal with government officials and agencies over THEIR lapse in failure to ensure safety and security.

it is most likely reported by facility or security. Not sure the real reason, But staying in office is disallow unless it work related which is why the HR have to asked if they are having shoot. in more serious term, It will become a breach of contract of the building and etc.

@@mhboy3530 but HR and Sew mentioned a “someone” tho not named. If its building management, i believe HR would likely just mention that it’s against the contract or something along that line.

@@fairyz it depends. It is a Sensitive topic and they most likely are friends. So if she in some kinda of trouble, will you talk to them and help first or just send out a warning letter and closed case.

It's not so much reporting a colleague but potentially concern for a colleague. I know in my office if someone is sleeping at the office I would be concerned about their personal circumstances
