Doesnt matter that rent is more than 30% of your income, as long as you manage your other expenses wisely. After all, mental health is priceless and if moving out is better for you, go for it.

Only young fools and they usually are, would splurge more than 30% on rent. Many even reach 50% of their income on rent and many ending up forfeiting their deposit when they could not complete the tenancy period.

not sure about them, but for bulky furniture i would sea ship via 3rd party shipper. 1 CBM 400-550 those kind.

Why not? 2.5k + probably 2k more for monthly expenses as a single. Max 4.5k total expenses should have some left over still as savings
