I found your channel about a month ago, when I got a Sentro knitting machine. I'm stitching together the tubes for my Hudson Bay blanket now, great pattern! I had WLS in 2001 and it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. Congrats on your success and keep up the great work!

Congrats!! I hit 100lbs loss about a week ago and my 6 month mark is tomorrow!! That was my main goal to be at least 100 less by 6 months. I'm loving it so much. I have fallen in love with working out too. Definitely did not do any before the surgery but workout every day now. Love everything you have been working on!!

I know a few personally who have done weightloss surgery and I'm glad your taking the time to process it mentally, I feel it is one of the most important parts of it and not taken seriously enough.
