Hi beautiful Tess 💛. I was so sad to see your video pop up and learn of your breast cancer journey. I am Bec (btw) and was diagnosed with breast cancer back in December at only 31 years old. Currently nearing the end of my chemotherapy treatments. I know you have an amazing support system but if/when you want to chat with another young survivor I am here 🌞💛✨ Your story will help so many xx

Stay positive and strong, it is the key to your recovery. Make sure to eat clean, always do breathing exercises, get some sun often (d vitamin is very important) and when you're out of the therapy, try to do regular exercises. You can do it ❤️ Much love to you from another breast cancer survivor.

My aunt was 3 years cancer free after her breast cancer until she started having stroke symptoms and was diagnosed with metastasized breast cancer that went to her brain! Not trying to scare you but make sure you go to your checkups and have them scan everything.

Go for walks with nature - Believe me you will feel so good after these walks. Listen to the birds singing and observe the little creatures playing early morning. Delightful.

What diet are you on? I am struggling not sure what to eat. I found the lump underneath my arm. Both breasts tested positive for cancer, so did a double mastectomy in 2021. Completed treatment in February this year. But struggling with diet. My cancer is HER2 Positive. Lost my big sister to breast cancer in 2017. When she found the lump the size of a pea she got scared and hid it and when she decided to do something about it it was too late. It had already spread and reached stage 4. My cancer has been staged a 3.

But we can try looking at cancer as disease like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease all of which is life threatening. We just have to deal with it making lifestyle changes you know doing what we can. Worrying will not make it go away. Just have the mindset to fight it while at the same time not letting it rob you of joy.

My OB said mine was a cyst, said no reason for me to be concerned. I took myself to an imaging center, they recommended a biopsy, and mine was a tumor. I came to learn it wasn’t cancerous but breast cancer runs in my family so I have to monitor it. i can't imagine what the outcome would've been if you didn't trust your gut and just chalked it up to being a cyst.. the diagnosis would've came later, probably once it'd spread. thankfully, you trusted yourself moreso than anyone. not discrediting the pros who spend YEARS studying this, but our bodies KNOW. and this is such an inspiring and empowering story to women and people everywhere to speak up, advocate for yourself, and more importantly, trust your gut! don't ever be shy to ask for more tests, more opinions, more doctors. you can never be too careful. and this is a great example of that
