It's at 'Xiao Chi Jie' in bellevue! :) They serve Mila dumplings, which I believe you can get elsewhere too. Pretty delicious imo!

I find something about them to really phony. It was the episode where Kevin said "my partner should be hot" as his deal breaker that kind of did it for me.
