For the mannequin head: maybe Charlie from Hereditary? Or that woman's head on the cake from Creepshow: Father's Day? The chopped off Halloween H20 head? Even though it wasn't actually Michael Myers. Attach a spine and make is a Sub-Zero spine rip fatality??
