Life on a small island in India | Could We Live here?
We've spent the past few days living on Chorão Island in Goa. The difference in environment between what we thought India would be like and the reality of areas such as this beautiful little island is huge.

From east to west and north to south, you'll always be surprised with our diversity. Just enjoy diversities with no pre conceived notions. Lots of love ❤️
You often say that you don't expect so much greenery in India, then go & have a trip to Kerala. Your point of view about India will be changed. You don't have any idea guys how much greenery exist in the Dooars area of North East India. Just go there & enjoy the greenery.

4:55 Actually, there are 30 Million Christians in India (more than the population of Australia) and about 20,000 Churches. Infact, Christianity entered India much before it made way to Europe. It is believed that the first Church in India was constructed in 53AD (St Thomas Church, Kerala) by St Thomas, the Apostle of Jesus 5:20 why wouldn't anyone expect greenery in India?😅 India has the largest percentage of arable land in the world (55%) and has a forest cover of 25%. To put things in perspective UK has 13% forest cover. And India is a huge country with diverse geography. The northernmost and the southernmost points are as far apart as Sweden and Egypt (~3200Km)

@@thegreatgatsby8180 that's out of context. But I might as well add, Portuguese captured Goa in 1510, even before Babur invaded India or before the Mughal Dynasty even existed. Just 20 years after Columbus 'discovered America'. Hence the influence remains pretty strong. That said, Goan Christians today make up only 1% of the total Christian population in India

India is so diverse, if you come just with a certain view point about it, You will be in for a shock. Most tourists just visit the typical touristy places especially just Mumbai and Delhi and assume, that's how whole of India is. India is as diverse as a sub continent, you will find all kinds of extremes and everything in between too. Habibi, come to India. Experience it yourself. 😉😉😉

Hi... Adam & Yaz, you are at wrong place (Don't mind plz) right now, in terms of this ongoing festive season... Currently in india.. a festive season going on for week... called Navaratri (particularly celebrated with high Josh...in Mumbai, Gujarat state, & west Bangal state) I think you should not miss this festive season...there will be dance, music... and lots of happiness with crowded people... u can join them very easily (some bigger events organized and entry allowed through passes).... believe me... u should back to either any of above mentioned place..

That drink is not spicy because the variant of green chilly that was dipped is non-hot kind, used in vegetables and chutneys for flavor only...in this part of India you get chilly both hot and not hot kind (eaten only for flavor)
Adam was totally high by the end of the video. Feels good watching you enjoy yourselves.
Not Bali of India... This is Goa(Only one piece)
India is not only about Delhi or Mumbai. There are many places to visit. I don't know why govt is putting restriction for visas, there are so many foreign travellers who are not getting visa for more than a month, so I can understand why most foreigners only visit the more popular touristic places like Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai which are definately a very small part of our country. The Western Ghat, itself is in one of the earth's top 6 biodiversity hotspots. You should definitely visit some National park to see some gorgeous animals ranging from all Tiger, Leopard, Lion, Elephant, Rhinos etc. And there are some world's most pristine island you can find in India like in Andaman and Nicobar island group or Lakshadweep island group. If you go to north of Delhi you will find Himalayas with snow capped mountains and meadows.

You didn't know much about India because of our Movies which goes for Oscar, they were show only our Poverty. I don't understand why they don't show How many variations and what kind of beauty of nature is there in our country. These movies gave only wrong influence to Foreigners. It is good that now some movies changes the influence about India like Bahubali, RRR , K.G.F. etc. For this reason the arrival of foreigners has increased to see Real India. 👍👍
