A glimpse into the life of a stroke survivor.
Someone who lost more than any of of us could imagine. A point where most of us would've just given up, he refuses to & is fighting back. We tend to take everything we have for granted, something as simple as being able to walk & run, eating without any trouble or just being able to do what we feel like when we feel like, till it's all gone and we regret losing it.
This is his story, what's your excuse?

remarkable courageous young man. I had a stroke 18 months ago. I can relate to many of the thingd you described. Mt biggest challenga now is mt left hand. I cannot use my fingers at all, I struggle to use my right hand to help my left hand fingers wrap around objects. I was pretty active too, pushups and pull ups, I hope one day to be able to use my hand again.

great attitude and very inspiring to me. I'm 8 months after hemo stroke. Doing a lot of therapies. Still walk with a cane, but my gait is improving well, although my foot is really bad. My left arm has limited movement, but my fingers start to grab.

Don't get your hopes up that how long it will take for you to fully recover because the recovery depends on the patient, how often you do therapy and your exercises, how often you do all of that the more you give time to therapy the more quickly you can recover, as if it's just up to the person. also the answer to how long the recovery period will take

Always do you your teraphy and rehab just enjoy it's time while doing al that thing and the acceptance for yourself th you already had a stroke u can't change anything because what is don is don all you have to do to focused on your exercise teraphy and make your daily exercise so that you bones wil not be get so hard to move your body parts just like the affected bod parts of the stroke in walking for me a farv as I'm concerned gghave sometimon your daily activities and just enjoy it what you doing then surely alittle progress for what you doin in your daily exercise or teraphy and rehàb always encourage yourself and be dedicated on why why you need to that all kindo stuff to recoverhavifvubcant have some inspiration be tha inspiration for others always remem if they can assureyoucan too..its always hard at first butNEVER QUIT...
