There's an equanimity to the way you speak about all your ups/downs, which feels grounding. I've been stressed out about a number of changes that are about to happen in my life and watching this video made me feel much lighter. I also didn't realise how much I needed to hear you say (something along the lines): "For the first time I know what I want in a partner, but I just don't feel like I'm at that level to meet that person".
