Banana Bread Recipe🍌🍞
Ingredients:
3 over ripe bananas
1 cup AP flour
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons vanilla essence (extract can work)
1 cup peanuts (optional)
Procedure:
-Mash the bananas up, add the sugar and oil and mix them up well well.
-Add your two eggs and milk and mix well
-Add your vanilla essence, and all your dry ingredients , mix well and add your peanuts.
-transfer into a well greased pan and put in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 175•C
-Let chill, cut and serve
