in all honesty, the definition of "feeling good"- again, for me is the capability within myself to feel all of life's emotion , I used to believe that happiness came from always feeling 100% good, jolly, never negative and it lead to me being afraid of crying, feeling anxious, voicing my truth even if it meant I was dramatic or annoying someone now I am not afraid because I see how it heals me to no keep it all in, (there have been studies done on this topic, it's not healthy to keep it all in) in the beginning it felt bad/unconfutable, and it still sometimes dose but I just remind my body and mind that I am safe!- with affirmations or songs or guided meditations. after a while (present day) it began to feel less bad and now even if I feel akard or scared I feel courageous for listening to myself and my body. Lesson is, be ok with being uncomfortable :).
