From container ships to naval warfare?

Having worked on numerous container ship usually cold storage as a work in Marine refrigeration I can confirm that modern container ships are like floating isolated cities. For the size of your average ship the crews are usually small, too the point you go a long time working on a ship without seeing another crew member.

I too have had similar thoughts perhaps...the incorrect pronunciation and yes odd wording etc. It's not a language barrier. I've been on both sides of the equation for greater and lesser. Yes. Something is askew

Err we went from container ships to warfare? Really
Those big container ships lose anywhere between 4 to 6 hundred containers falling overboard each year. Depending on what's inside a container, and whether or not it breaks open, there is a good chance the container contents will pollute, or poison our oceans. They don't like to talk about that.

For cargo transportation land routes r less used.different countries in the world should co operative in this matter. Cargo ship is also necessary where land routes r not available. According to weather transportation should go on to prevent mishaps. We respect navy and its personnel. The people who r living for us and dies for us.we salute them for their sacrifice

@@johnrogers9481 agreed but as your working together 24/7 it’s a good idea to socialise otherwise the rest of the crew will think your anti social. I work on container ships myself and I wouldn’t say it’s a job for introverts. Your around each other 24/7 apart from when your off shift and in your cabin. If your a introvert you can’t spend all your free time in your cabin.
