The Miao are a group of indigenous people and one of 17 ethnic minority groups in Guizhou. In this video, you’ll see people preparing food for one of their biggest summer festivities of the year. For this special occasion, they have the tradition of eating dog meat, a very unthinkable dish in the western world.
