I thought the same thing when i finished to watch the vlog. I am a 1year and half mum and this night was a nightmare because my baby was sick. I needed to watch this type of vlog to understand that I have to spend time alone, a day for myself to recharge my mind my soul and my endurance :) Thanks Erna xox

This is what we call the perfect rest day where you dont have to think of work and just focus on resting and doing what you want for the whole day. This is the art of doing nothing. I love watching how you spent your days doing literally nothing except for resting and I think we all need that reminder sometimes that we need rest too and that its okay if all we did for a day is eating and sleeping. ❤❤
