I'm American, so we celebrate Valentine's Day here. What blows my mind is: while she's praying in her religious temple-- in Kansas City, there was a random shooting at the end of a parade given for the city in honor of their football team (the Kansas City Chiefs) winning the Superbowl ! Smdh if more people around the world had a bit more honor for their Higher Power, we likely wouldn't have random shootings like the above mentioned. Here this woman is, praying in a far away place-- an American on the opposite side of the world ,is killing their fellow-Americans

I was again very late getting to watch Maria at her craft, that's because I was busy cooking today. Ha ha. How about that? My efforts are puny compared to the incomparable Maria of course but as a widower I have it all to do and I am not as quick or as highly skilled as Maria, still I manage to eat well for an old fellow. What did I cook? I made a Mongolian stir fry that will feed me for two meals and also a nice Won-Ton soup that will give me two meals. I find watching Maria at work relaxing, therapeutic even and I really enjoy the way she wastes no motion, what an adept she is, a star of the Culinary arts for sure! 😁

Our love lives are led, so fast!! We see the spirituality that is present and practiced!!! Your dishes are creative, fresh, nutritious, beautifully shown. I love the smile you give us at the end.like you know something we do not.. Your actions are so economical, No item or time wasted. You have what you need, what you're used to. 😅 you use your cooking equipment and multipurpose. I want to compliment you on the beautiful color you wore, today. Your apron was so nice. I just enjoy you and the things you do. I do not want it to end. If we watched all the time, we might gain some insight to what we would experience, should we find our lives changed.
