True, most people in Bangalore tend to appreciate the corruption. For them, corruption is part of life, hence even the Bangalore leaders are extremely corrupt. Yedyurappa is one of the most corrupt in India, yet he was elected again and again by the educated people, only because the population never consider corruption as a major issue.

@@hotelcalifornia715 Bangalore is not a bad place dear. In fact, it is an integral part of India with a beautiful climate, anybody from India can live there. The local Kannada people of Bangalore are in fact corrupt. As long as Bangalore locals have voting rights, Bangalore will remain a dirty city. The only solution would be the central Govt directly ruling Bangalore bypassing the locally elected leaders. If you do not like Indians from outside Karnataka living there, you are free to leave Bangalore and migrate to another country.

Its easier to get 2/3 bhk. Besides, Blore is expensive to live as a renter. In B'lore the house owners take one month rent over & abv the agreement period for so called deep cleaning the house after your exit. Demand in certain areas is so high that Renters have no choice but to agree to this. Plus over & above the monthly rent there is water & electricity bill and in many cases even maintenance amount. Add to that many ppl moving into this city prefer to rent electronic appliances & furniture which easily increases the rental outgoing by another 2- 3 k.

I need to protect myself and my assets first. If Im forced to rent at all, I will ask 10% more than market value, 10 months advance for sure. Call me evil but not all tenants are victims or of pristine nature. Law and order seldom help in this Mad Max lawless land.
