I can't even explain to u how deeply I feel for u. I lost my favorite babí when I was 8. The loss still cuts deep and I'm 33. The what ifs and I wish she was here to meet my daughter hurts my heart. I'm so sorry for your loss❤️

I lost my grandma right before my high school graduation. I seen her pass. It was one of the hardest things and her sister just past away a few days ago. I think about her everyday and I just want you to know, you're not alone❤🙏

I’m so sorry!! my grandma passed a year ago to cancer, it was so sudden and unexpected but I’m comforted knowing I’ll see her again in heaven and she’s more alive now in eternity than she ever was on this earth!! Jesus has her now ❤️

I am so truly sorry to hear about the sudden and tragic loss of your grandmother. My thoughts, prayers, and condolences go out to you and your family. Someone who also struggles with multiple mental health conditions, I can relate to and understand the struggles of battling your emotions day to day. May was also a horrible and challenging month for me mentally, emotionally, and physically. However, it's a brand new month and a brand new day and I'm hopeful and optimistic that this month will turn out better than the last. In this past month I have been able to recognize my true strengths, abilities, and faith I had all along in myself that I never had the insight to acknowledge in the past. I've learned to appreciate and value the life I have been given because at any moment or point in time things could definitely be worse of. I've certainly learned this past month to be more confident in myself and in the way I choose to handle and cope with the stressors in my life--and someone suffering from mental health issues like my own that's a major break-through! Living within a mind that seems to always direct itself in a negative mentality can truly effect you in ways others don't have the ability to comprehend. However, it's important to always remind yourself that your mind is more powerful and stronger than the negative thoughts that try to make you feel powerless and inferior. I am wishing you nothing but positivity, contentment, and healing from this point forward. Just remember that it is okay to have bad days, it is okay to be sad, it is okay to not be okay, as long as you don't allow yourself to give up the happiness you know you deserve. Everyone needs time for themselves to break away from certain aspects of their lives, as long as that space doesn't put a distance between who and what we love and cherish. I am so sorry to hear about your grandma passing. I totally understand what you are goung through. I have been struggling with mental health as well. I have been all over the place with my emotions and actions. Sometimes you need to get extra help. It took me awhile to reach.out to my doctor but I did. I'm now on some additional meds to help me get my mental health stabilized again. My depression and anxiety was effecting my husband and my grand kids. I had to do something. It's a slow process but I know I will get better. You too will get better. I know its hard but you can do it. Hang in there and if you ever need to talk please let me know. Sometimes talking to someone other than family can be very helpful.

I totally understand what you're going through... I lost my grandma in February and my boyfriend in April, both to COVID-19. And it has been hell on earth to me, I don't even see a point in living anymore... I've had depression for a long time now, and all the progress I had was lost, it got a billion times worse... I just wish I gets better eventually for us and everyone who lost people or have mental illnesses.
