LIFE-GIVING TOUCH | The Word Exposed with Cardinal Tagle (June 30, 2024)

We are on the Thirteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time, in today’s Gospel, Saint Mark presents two people seeking healing. The first is the synagogue official Jairus who, seeing Jesus in Galilee, knelt and pleaded that Jesus might lay his hands on his dying daughter. The other is an unnamed “woman afflicted with hemorrhages for twelve years.” When she heard about Jesus, she found her way through the crowd and “touched his cloak.” The woman was instantaneously healed, and was sent by the Lord to “go in peace.” The daughter of Jairus, on the other hand, was already pronounced dead when he and Jesus arrived at his home. But the Lord, holding her hand, called-“Little girl, I say to you, arise!”-and she rose and walked. Friends, Jairus and the woman are like many of us. Let us allow Jesus to touch us. And let us not hesitate to touch him.

It is impossible for life-giving touch to make sense with the gospel that commands man to find favor God

It should be remembered that this gospel is a sequel to the gospel when Jesus was with his disciples crossing to the other side when he made possible the quieting of the wind making the tempestuous sea still because he was with the disciples who found favor with God
The seeds sown are commandments of God the father.The commandment in this seed/gospel is to find favor with God every second of ones life and nothing is impossible with such faithful
Today is the 13th Sunday in Ordinary Time.
Gospels, the word,the seeds sown are commandments to be observed by all baptized christians in order to be found in favor with God in orderthat nothing is impossible with God.The commandment in this gospel is: always find favor with God so that nothing is impossible with God.
Life-giving touch necessitate various mysterious conceptions to connect it to the christians' duty in the covenant with god
Thank you. I particularly look forward to the Sign of Times every week. This Sunday there was a different set of readings in my church. For example, the Holy Gospel was about Jesus appointing Peter as the first pope of the Church and reassuring him the gates of the underworld can never hold out against it (Matthew 16). I wonder why every so often the readings in my parish are different from the ones presented here.

The seed sown emboldened Mother Mary saying "do not be afraid Mary you found favor with God , nothing is impossible with God." Now how will Tagle's dear brothers and sisters find favor with God in order that nothing is impossible with God?"It appears now that the world no longer see miracles happening in life of humanity
It should always be remembered that the angel Gabriel assured mother Mary that although she doesn't know a man, she will give birth to a son because she found favor with God and nothing is impossible with God because she found favor with God

Touch is the word that is employed as lethal weapon to herd humanity away from finding favor with God thereby misleading humanity from making things possible with God which is otherwise impossible
What is the commandment proclaimed in life-giving touch which is replete and is overflowing with the word "touch,"
Cardinal, I want to know, why did Our Lord tell them not to let any other person know what had happened and how the girl had risen??
The reason why the rest were not told that a miracle happened is because the rest do not find favor with God
Is life-giving touch a material to baptized christians' covenant to observe all of Jesus Christ's commandments?

Why make so much verbosity about marriage.The seeds sown is bright as the sun where it proclaimed "In the beginning god created man and woman and for this reason man shall leave his parents and cling to his wife and from then on let no man put asunder what God has joined together." Therefore the solemnizing officer shall interview the couple whether they had been enlightened by God that they should join together and that they will definitely find no favor with God if they break their bond.
Those whose mind,heart,soul and clothing appears black as a pitch finds no favor with God
The rest did not find favor with God on the contrary they ridiculed Jesus
The twelve disciples were sent to all nations baptized them in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all my commandments..Life giving touch is not one of all Jesus Christ's commandments

Life-giving touch merely show case ones gift of talents.Unfortunately it lays hidden the commandment to find favor with God in order that nothing is impossible
The rest did not find favor with God contrariwise the rest ridicured Jesus
The commandment in this gospel is always be found in favor with God.Did catholics find favor with God by making the church a market place by forever receiving and giving offerings? The giver and receiver are equally guilty according to human positive law.

Let's not be deceived much less defrauded.Impossible things and miracles happen only to those who found favor with God.Life-giving touch is fraudulent.
