I believe we are in a time of seriousness… Maybe you and the people around you are just serious all the time. Just taking things too seriously, they are maybe focusing too much on their job or on their school, they are just too serious. People find themselves upset about their past and what they could have done differently or anxious about the future and what they have to do.

Probably one of the main reasons why people are so serious is that they just don't know how to have fun. Like they are simply just so burnt out that they loose their sense of humor, or they don't know the current trends and because of that can't keep up in a typical conversation. That at least is the case for me xd. Every single person at my school only talks about fortnite, celebrity drama that isn't even remotely interesting, or just some random trend that they got from tiktok or whatever people are using to find brainrot. Because of this, I stick to myself and play video games and do other bad habits that I don't even enjoy, but do to just fill time. Best way to put it, I just forgot how to have fun. Anyone wanna reteach me?

The thing is that *I'm obliged to be serious* well just my surroundings and the people it's a major problem with them so I just stay serious and quiet but I am actually a very fun and welcoming person if you meet my old friends.... Well it's just this year I have to be serious I guess

Humans only live for a hundred years, it is as unreal as a dream that ends in an instant. What is the point of a person living in this world? No more than just being on a journey, and witnessing interesting things. Although I do not want to die, I do not fear death. I am already on my right path, I have no regrets even if I die.

thats an amazing mindset to have, just be careful not to slip into a worse one if things start seeming like you have been thrown off ur path as theres always a way back
