I’m a “certified life coach” and til this day I’ve never charged a black man. No matter how long the treatment, it’s free. I’ve asked other black coaches to do the same. Trying to start a new way for us.

Maybe they haven't changed because their not ready. It takes a lot of commitment and pushing pride and ego to the side to become the best version of yourself. In the black community alone we've been taught to ignore the bad shit and embrace the good shit. You're only useful when you can provide a service and when you cant your told to pray about it

I’m from OC as well and his story resonates all to well. It’s common here. Everything on the outside seems perfect. Good parents, good schools and still teens turn to drugs. It’s true, it is due to unhappiness at the end of the day.

I respect everyone who earns their money honestly but these life coaches seem like modern day charlatans. For the people that it helps more power to you. The Breakfast Club is a major platform and it feels like anyone can come up there.

This was very informative and I feel like I learned more about the hosts. I'm going to look into Mike Bayer now thanks for having him on the show. I loved everyone's honesty

What a coincidence - I was JUST thinking to myself that maybe I could use a life coach. I know that I want / deserve more in life, but somehow I can't figure out how to GET there.

I love this man - his honesty - his “authenticity” I have such respect for his words, to open himself up to millions of people & tell his truths, he is a very special man ...🙏 I would like very much to know him.

Iv been doing alot of positive psycology training. I came across his book and read it. Its great!! Im glad hes on breakfast club
