    I’m a “certified life coach” and til this day I’ve never charged a black man. No matter how long the treatment, it’s free. I’ve asked other black coaches to do the same. Trying to start a new way for us.

    Maybe they haven't changed because their not ready. It takes a lot of commitment and pushing pride and ego to the side to become the best version of yourself. In the black community alone we've been taught to ignore the bad shit and embrace the good shit. You're only useful when you can provide a service and when you cant your told to pray about it

    I’m from OC as well and his story resonates all to well. It’s common here. Everything on the outside seems perfect. Good parents, good schools and still teens turn to drugs. It’s true, it is due to unhappiness at the end of the day.

    I said the same thing. But do you see how many guests say yes? More than half. He's just bringing awareness to the viewers of how many people have the same issues.

    Real simple remedy don't watch and yes he suffers from anxiety that's one reason he sees a therapist on a regular basis.
