It says 6500 plus inmates and 10 seconds later 3700 this is propaganda but i think the worst prison refers to how it was maybe 10 or 15 years beforehand anyway kagame has done a good enough job to deserve a little propaganda but this place still houses 6500 people which makes me think it cannot be as clean or as quiet as it shows here

This is disgusting, it’s funny how all there uniforms are spotless. Absolute propaganda. The prison officials made it so obvious, no one’s this happy or proud of their prison!!!

That fella on the six strings is in prison,if he could make it to LA he'd be riding high,but he rolled a bad one with the ol Cosmic DIce!! I'll pray for that guy,he's still fuckn smiling bigger than I do!!

They screwed up. They made this jail look like the nicest jail in the world. Quality food, pressed uniforms daily, clean and cozy beds, and lots of fun. Unbelievable!!!😂

It's like this, people were divided into two different ethnic group, one was priviliged than the other, then the un privileged ones demanded change, they even used force to get it, the privileged now thrown out reacted with violence, a guerrilla war happens. Then rumors and politicians from both sides incites fears about the other group what will do to them to an extent even local nobodies felt the urge to stand and fight for their own ethnic group. Then boom the president plane is shot, a coup happens, each side feels the other side want power and must be stopped, one decides to use extreme violence, exterminating the other group. The local nobodies by now feel there is no hope but joining their hateful leaders and solve the problem btn the two groups by killing the other group once for all, getting rid of them. Thats how local nobodies got involved in the killings which they could easily ignore and reduce the extent of the genocide

were more privileged than the others.the colonizers would always create hardships like forced labor on the citizens and thr kings would always interfere and abolish it and colonizers wouldn't get a chance to oppress the citizens so that angered the colonizers as the kings never supported that ,so it got worse when the kings started telling colonizers to get out of Rwanda and return to belgium as Rwanda is not their country,that deeply angered the colonizers who thought they would stay in Rwanda and make it their colony forever so they started making up stories that Tutsi came from Ethiopia that Rwanda is not their country and that hutus came before Tutsi thus the country is for hutus not Tutsi.so colonizers selected a handful of hutu guys and told them if they agreed to turn against Tutsi they would put them in power,so they started showing them how the history of Rwanda was built by Tutsi thus a Tutsi history and that hutus have no history,so they planted that inferiority complex in hutus every thing they would tell those hutus them hutus would absorb it and grew a deep jealousy and an unspeakable deep hatred for Tutsi and that made colonizers see hutus as the best tool they can use to get rid of Tutsi and stay in the country since hutus were so submissive to colonizers,so the colonizers thought their plan of colonizing Rwanda forever can be possible by puting hutus in power and keep colonizing Rwanda through hutus as everything they were telling those hutus would sink in their heads and they would agree with it without giving it a second thought.so that is how those colonizers and those hutus conspired to lie about the monarchy that the kings mistreated the hutus that hutus were oppressed,they wanted to make up reasons to abolish the monarchy but it wasn't easy as most citizens loved the kings and it demanded those hutus a lot energy to go everywhere in the country preaching those lies to their fellow hutus so they can turn against Tutsi,when you are oppressed no body need to teach you that you are oppressed cus you already know so since those hutus were lying it demanded them a lot energy to go around and spread those lies since they were promised to be put in power.in 1959 the colonizers killed the king and some royal officials and told those hutus to start kill Tutsi civilians and burn down their houses with fuel that colonizers were supplying them,they killed thousands of Tutsi and that's when Tutsi started fleeing to neighbor countries,the hutus run out of the fuel and a colonizer who was supervising the killings in an helicopter said he was very sad that they run out fuel before they burned all Tutsi houses he said he did not want to see a single Tutsi left in Rwanda.shortly after the colonizers and hutus abolished the monarchy under what they lied was election but they forced the new king out of the country before those elections,they were saying they want Rwandans to chose between the monarchy and republic so the new king said he wanted to be present so the citizens can see him and choose between him and hutus who were candidates of republic but the colonizers feared that Rwandans may chose the king since a big number of hutus did not yet believe the lies about the king as they lived in the monarchy and never experienced the lies their fellow hutus and colonizers made up so the colonizers had that fear that a big number of Rwandans may chose the monarchy and for that reason the new king was immediately forced into exile and got told by colonizers that if he dared go back to Rwanda they would kill him as they killed his brother the previous king,soon after that the lied that Rwandans chose to abolish the monarchy but you can understand those elections were not fair,it was just the plan of them colonizers along with those hutus.so they hutu got put in power and the first government was elected which consisted of 8 belgians who had the final say as nothing would get done without their permission,that government also had a bunch of hutus and one or two Tutsi,those Tutsi never stopped asking belgians to get out of Rwanda,they could see that colonisation was still going on because them 8 belgians were in the government that angered the colonizers and realized no matter their tricks they were trying to play Tutsi would never submit to them and their tricks and would never allow them to stay in Rwanda forever so those belgians got out of the government and killed those Tutsi and again those hutu politicians along with hutu civilians killed Tutsi civilians and they would find them in their homes minding their own business not having anything to do with politics and kill them just because they are Tutsi,that too caused more Tutsi to flee to neighbor countries but at the time hutus would kill Tutsi in certain provinces not the whole country as a significant number of hutus hadn't digested yet that anti Tutsi ideology so if Tutsi got killed in certain provinces there were other provinces that were still safe for Tutsi as the hutus of the provinces were still not in support of that anti Tutsi ideology but as the time passed more hutus were being taught by hutu regimes to be anti Tutsi,in schools at a young age hutu teachers would teach the hutu kids those lies about monarchy so they can grow up with that anti Tutsi ideology,meanwhile Tutsi were mostly not allowed to attend schools, only a tiny number would be allowed while any hutus who wanted to attend schools would never get stopped,and for that tiny number of Tutsi who would be allowed at many occasions they would be killed at schools by hutu students,hutu students would come with knives and stabb them and that was never a crime,even those who would get luck to finish schools would mostly be given jobs as primary school teachers and sometimes get terminated just because they were Tutsi.Tutsi own cows by their culture so hutus would go and take their cows by force just so they can empoverish them,random hutu civilians would kill Tutsi and no body would punish them as the hutus soldiers and police would do the same,there were 3 hutu presidents that ruled one after the other and all of them would follow the anti Tutsi ideology,they all would kill Tutsi in thousands the plan was to exterminate them little by little till they would finish them before the whole world know what was going on,the hutus thought they would keep the country to themselves and never worry about being ruled by Tutsi anymore,they knew Tutsi had all the potential to rule the country because they are descendants of kings so they thought if they exterminate them even the newborns that is the only time them hutus can be assured that they would rule the country forever.Tutsi in the country started building their own schools and starting their own businesses,if one of them get financially stable he would pull up the others and because of that togetherness they shared what they were able to get and with help of their cows they would not get hungry ,even when cows of some of them get taken by hutus ,those who left with some would give one to that one who lost his and that one would reproduce and make more cows so that was the life.the Tutsi in exile wanted to go back to Rwanda their native land but were denied by the hutu regime claiming the country is too full to receive them,so they formed army in exile so they could return by force,the Tutsi inside the country them too would manage to escape and go join that army so they could all join their hands and fight the hutu regime that has been oppressing and killing them for 30 years,after the hutu regime saw that that Tutsi army was getting stronger and would eventually defeat them they realized they would no longer be able to exterminate Tutsi little by little as they used to do so they planned a massive genocide in 1994 to finish the rest of Tutsi at once,they bought machettes,knives and all local weapons,french army that was in the country trained the hutu civilians on how they would kill Tutsi wickedly,a hate radio was started with hutus encouraging every hutu to kill Tutsi when the time comes so when all those preparations were ending the only thing left was the shooting of the plane carrying a hutu president so they could blame it onto Tutsi and find a reason to start the genocide they had been planning for so long and that was what happened in 1994 once the hutu extremists (who got angry with their president for signing peace treaty with that Tutsi army) shot down his plane they started exterminating Tutsi right away and withing just 100 days they managed to kill more than one million Tutsi before they got defeated by that Tutsi army.that's how everything went but hutu genicidaires and their supporters always seek to deny all of this and make up lies just to run away from the innocent blood of Tutsi they shed.

Even when you look at the prison from Google Satellite maps you can see all the severe overcrowding. Don’t believe this video. This video was made to make the prison look a certain way not how thing’s really are if you are a prisoner.

So...this is supposedly the worst prison in the world where people are eating eachother!? I'm so consfused🤔

If anything that only lasted up until the late 1990s. PS: I know individuals who were previously incarcerated in this very same prison, it is very real and in every prison in Rwanda as well. Please speak of what you know.

@@sarahrurisa3677 as good as rwandans and their leader have done it is still a poor third world country coming to terms with horros barely 28 years past it cannot be all so cheerfull since prisons are not the highest priority nor should they be but you are right those cannibalistic conditions were in 90s maybe very early 2000s not now anyways best of wishes to you and rwandans they have done well since the 90s to lift themselves out of misery
