Life at Sea! Norwegian AHTS Ship in Action! Full view of Bridge and operations!

Ойын-сауық

This is a video with clips from the life and operations onboard an anchor handler vessel. Hardworking guys.
Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessels are mainly built to handle anchors for oil rigs, tow them to location, and use them to secure the rigs in place. Many of these vessels are designed to meet the harsh conditions of the North Sea. hey also provide towing assistance during tanker loading, deepwater anchor handling, and towing of threatening objects.

Nice vid, just completed pre-lay operations last swing. 4 anchors over 24hrs and a whole lotta chain juggling haha. Now enjoying a few weeks leave.

Would be nice to have some narration or subtitles describing exactly what they are doing. Maybe some graphics to help lay people understand the function.

Excellente video d'un travail prenant et plein de merites. J'ai fait toute ma carriere maritime sur ce genre de navire, mais principalement en Afrique. Merci pour ces souvenirs.

The video is ruined by the music. leave it out! I just subscribed to Norway Maritime be cause the one video I watched had NO MUSIC, only the natural sounds of the work environment. Please! Leave the music out, it only ttivializes all of it.
