So pleased you were able to make the connection between your implant and the anxiety etc.. I don’t know if the book you are reading covers it but synthetic fragrance (think cleaning products, washing liquids/conditioner, shower gel, shampoo and moisturiser etc) is a real hormone disrupter so as part of your journey you may want to look to reduce those items in your home😊

@@_thehappyhomemaker_ we did thank you. The weather cooperated just enough for the two kids to come over. I agree about having the cats, I have two but want to bring in the porch cats, they do have heated beds and water bowls out there, plus they get feed well. They have a window to get in and out of.

Too much progestorone can cause anxiety, I did terribly on the mini pill and also on progestorone heavy HRT, now am older, its definitely a thing and doctors are often unaware.

BTW My usual hrt has done wonders but they switched me to a progesterone based one and was awful, just clarifying as don't want to put you off hrt
