What a profound take on “the usual subjects”, I really enjoyed the subtle twists in perspective Rubia and her guides provided, I am going to join her next course offerings thanks to seeing this. And Alex, I really enjoyed your new questions in this episode, like “how do explain “going within” to someone who has no concept of what that means?”, “how do we balance between individuality and unity consciousness?”, “how do we heal physical /emotional pain and suffering in our life experience?” - I found these not only insightful on a theoretical level, but also directly applicable and useful in improving day to day life, which is what really makes a difference for most of us on this journey. I asked that question about, how do you know the beings are of the Light? The Guides I work with said, "You command it." I said, "It's as simple as that?" They said, "Yes. It's as simple as that. You are extraordinarily powerful beings." When someone is very aligned and in their power, it is about LOA. They won't attract lower energies because they are not aligned with lower energies. And by commanding it, it is already so.

I've known about channellers since the 90s, at the beginning I found it a bit strange, but it's everywhere now, and I have rarely heard anything weird from channellers, some of them have strange methods but I simply think of it as higher levels of consciousness. Its something that has given me guidance and I am open to it, occasionally I'll question it but rarely. I wish I could put their guidance into practice more than I do. Quickly on a subject you touched on: I have for the past 20 years felt uncomfortable and bewildered in crowds. I didn't know why because I wasn't always like this. When younger, I could be in a Mardi Gras crowd at a parade and just happily jump and yell, "Throw me something mister!." It's been 20 years since I realized that I am not just a very sensitive person, but am a strong empath. So when you said to Ms. Lacerda that empaths find it hard to be in crowds, I went, "Wow! That is why I feel overwhelmed in them!" So thanks for the insight. I thought it was just because I am short. LOL.

When I am suffering, truly suffering, finding myself by regular means, sitting by the sea, can help me find "myself" however, for myself, I connect with the feeling I would have as a child loving life. There I find myself, I remember who I am. This is my "source" that can never be taken away.

Negative entities can absolutely say things 95% positive and 5% negative. They can play upon your ignorance or fear and biases.

It is like that. A audible voice out side of my body. It does not come from my head. Some times the people in the room hear the whole message. It is like a higher but normal conversation. Then you can ask questions afterwards. Some times they materlise them selves into the room and all the people with me see the same thing. They are white even their garments. They come with presence that permeates the room. It is so lovely you cry. I hope this really cleats up what really is. If you hear in your head it is quiet probably you giving you your answers.

I'd like to share this because it makes me mad and sad at the same time. This afternoon while waiting for the para-transit at this shopping mall in Gatineau, Québec, where I volunteer, a woman came near me and asked if I was healthy and my name. At first I said my health is good and my name. I felt that she was there for another motive than to talk to me, so I distanced myself from her but she persisted and asked me if she could pray for me. I told her no. Why? Because I knew why she wanted to pray for me, I use a wheelchair. She still persisted and I told her no thank you and to buzz off! What bugs me is that she didn't respect me and persisted to pray out of pity for me. That is not respect for people. What she's doing is alienating them. I mean it. When one doesn't respect others, it alienates them and may anger them as well. As you notice, I felt her vibrations right away. She's a member of a Christian denomination that goes out and pesters others. I'm not judging, I just know a few denominations that come to you and think you need to be saved. You see, I feel things from others and when it's not good, I distance myself as far away as I can. If I don't I shake! Alex, thank you for your channel of channelers like Rubia. Peace.
