과즙이 그대로 살아있는 생 오렌지를 올려 쿠키를 만들었어요~
쿠키 반죽에는 오렌지 제스트를 넣고 쿠키 위에 생 오렌지를 올려 구워 봤는데 바삭한 식감과 구워져 쫄깃한 오렌지의 식감을 함께 느낄 수 있더라구요~
오렌지 향과 맛이 듬뿍 느껴져서 정말 맛있답니다~
어디서도 보지 못한 색다른 느낌이고 오렌지가 올라가 있는 모양이 먹음직스럽고 예쁘네요~
오렌지 껍질을 제거하고 과육만 사용해 먹을 때도 거슬리지 않고 맛있더라구요~
만드는 과정도 간단해서 꼭 만들어 보시면 좋을 것 같아요~

▶재료
무염버터 75g
슈가파우더 60g
소금 1g
달걀 40g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
오렌지 제스트
박력분 140g
아몬드가루 20g
베이킹파우더 1g
오렌지 2개
▶레시피
1. 무염버터를 부드럽게 풀고 슈가파우더와 소금을 넣고 섞은 뒤 달걀과 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 오렌지 제스트를 넣고 섞는다.
2. 박력분, 아몬드가루, 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 넓게 펴 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 휴지한다.
3. 오렌지의 껍질을 제거하고 얇게 슬라이스하고 물기를 제거해 준비한다.
4. 반죽을 원형커터로 잘라 오븐 팬에 팬닝하고 슬라이스한 오렌지를 올린 뒤 180도 예열된 오븐에서 15분 정도 굽는다.

60g Powdered sugar
1g Salt
40g Eggs
2g Vanilla extract
Orange zest
140g Cake flour
20g Almond flour
1g Baking powder
2 Oranges

I made this yesterday it was good, but i have a couple of important notes 1 I used all purpose flour instead of (almond+cake flour) and it was perfectly fine 2 the recipe made 14 cookies (for some reason I thought it would make 8 as shown in the video) 3 It was soggy the next day, therefore i suggest you make an amount that you can freshly eat in one day (so maybe half the recipe) 4 cut the oranges as thin as possible otherwise it will be difficult to bite and would make the cookies unpleasantly moist (because i love oranges i was mistaken and thought it would be better if the slices were on the thicker side, but i was wrong) 5 I suggest you leave the cookies in the oven after you turn it off, to dry for some time (to make them less moist)

ORANGE COOKIES 75g Unsalted butter 2g Vanilla extract 20g Almond flour 60g Powdered sugar Orange zest 1g Baking powder 1g Salt 140g Cake flour 2 Oranges 2 flax eggs 1) Preheat oven at 180 C. Prepare baking sheet. 2) Whisk cubed butter. Whisk in sugar. Add in salt, eggs, vanilla & zest & mix. 3) Shift in cake flour, almond flour & baking powder. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 4) Flatten dough between 2 paper sheets & cut the round cookies. 5) Cut orange slices, squeeze excess juice between paper towels & top cookies. 6) Bake for 15m. Shift powder sugar over them.

They were really good! I exchanged the cake flour to rice flour to make it gluten-free. Worked great, the dough were a bit more tricky to work with when cutting out the circles but that could also be because it wasn't quite as cold as it should.
