I believe the garlic lemon thing works, I used small amount today and when combed the wet hair, got few dead lice. Not all are removed obvs as I used for the first time today and used very small amount and couldn't cover the whole scalp and hair shafts. Will let you know the results after some days.

Guys i tried neem remedy. It didn't work at all.

I have problems with dandruff and now two weeks just randomly, I checked my hair and I found some lice egss it was few but I also found a tiny bug, but I had no symptoms like itching or anything and because I have ocd, I couldn't stand the fact that I'm infested, so I immediately cut my hair like a boy, then my mom used an electric razor so then I can use a simple razor to shave my head( exacty how I use on my legs nvm). I was bald, no hair but then I started to feel something crawling and itching but I when I checked, it was anything 😭😭😭 Now my hair grew a little bit, 1cm like a buzz cut I'm still using shampoo and lotion just in case, I comb my very short hair, but nothing. My scalp got flaky, white peels from so many chemical products so I bought a shampoo for itching and flakes, but nothing, still feel that sensation of crawling. Maybe it's in my head because everytime when I'm stressing bcz of this and I look at videos or I'm thinking at it, something starts crawling but when I check, it's nothing. I'm loosing my mind. Am I going crazy ?! Is it possible that I still have it even though I shaved my head but then why I can't find anything... Sorry for my English tho, not my first language I hope someone will help, maybe I should go to a doctor but I don't know where, who deals with lice, the dermatologist? Or should I go to psychiatry if it's in my mind ;(

Please stop worrying yourself, lice need hair to keep warm, and reproduce, nits need hair to stick on the strand. When you were bald no lice or nits, you may like rinse your hair with the neem water once or twice a week, for prevention… I believe anyone speaking about lice feels Itchy. I pray this will answer your question

It’s fungus. Fungal infections cause an itchy feeling, cause redness, and will move around the body. Vinegar is the most effective topical but needs to be used daily. However, fungal issues must be treated internally also. Via herbal supplements which must include goldenseal and black walnut hull. Tinctures or capsules will work. But make sure to also wash all laundry with vinegar. Spray or soak pillows and bedding in vinegar water (1:1 ratio for spray bottles and as close to 1:1 ratio for laundry). Vinegar, raw* coconut oil, castor oil, & peppermint oil are all excellent at treating fungus topically. Make sure you treat everyone (including pets, especially cats). Bathe pets with vinegar and obtain an antimicrobial for the pet and add to their food twice a day. Hope this helps.

Its the sneaky eggs. Mix apple cider vinegar with water and spray the hair. So it's soaking. Then leave on for 20 minutes. This unbinds the eggs. Go through thoroughly each section with the comb. Then add the anti lice shampoo and leave for the time say 15 minutes. Rinse.
