Don't feel sorry someone who won't heal themselves and tear you down, draining your happy vibe. A narcissist is a child who been spoiled or damage by narcissistic parents. Yes me too dealt with ex narc aries . Toxic , breadcrumbing , gaslighting and never being authentic. He never wanted to go to therapy as a couple. That's exactly how they are and I know he has unresolved trauma. He was very cruel disguising insults as a joke, but I know Karma awaits him . I'm now waking up knowing this is not good for me in any way.
