I had to get Acoustics foam and put them on my wall. I used some adhesive spray instead of nails. The foam will clear up that echo because it will absorb the extra sounds. I hope this helps.

You need rugs in that room to deaden the echo or add pictures or fabric on the walls. It sounds still large echo.
