haha... i broke two of my toes on my left foot 2 weeks ago. i'm in a boot for 4 more weeks and it's forced me to rest and heal, which is hard for me because i like to stay active. i got the chills when you said something about something going on related to the foot! i've been hearing messages that if i didn't slow down that spirit will force me to slow down because i'll need to be rested for what's coming for me. thank you!

Wow..I’m a massage therapist and being on my feet for years has caused my left foot to hurt so much with planter fasciitis. I have to use sports tape and wrap my foot daily or I will need Cortizone injections. Your awesome !

DANG. Right foot here - almost a week ago, greatly bruised 2nd toe while slipping off flip-flops in yard, WHILE stepping on bullhead between 2nd & 3rd toe, THEN ran a low cabinet door right over the 3rd and 4th toes 2 days later and have more bruising. Area between toes got infected due to bullhead stab. I can't walk correctly. Spirit's screaming at me to go about things differently.
