Thanks for the video, but please do a little research before doing a historical video. The natives were trading with white people along the West African coastline long before the freed and recaptured slaves arrived. The natives were accustomed to guns and cannons. That was not the first time they encountered a cannon.
Who is actually managing this place since it is a historical site? The place looks dirty and abandoned? What is the government also doing about the place.
Built in 1910, really?? Why people say " nothing has been done since 1847????" Ducor...1981???? Nothing has been done since 1847. The highest point is the top of the hotel.
Coming from America 🇺🇲 we were not taught nothing about our history.
Liberia really lost its connection to America now all the black Americans rather go to Ghana then Liberia not even knowing the history. This should be a tourist site.
