When anybody mentions Eddie Reader, this is my go to. I love Liam as well, it's the perfect pairing. Just beautiful.

Watched this episode on SBS when I watched the show regularly and this was easily the greatest ending to any of the shows when there is the duet.....Fabulous version of John's song.

I am a writer (no ego) I left that at the front door when I went into this business. but what i have never understood is people who have negative things to say about people ..why they bother to post I have no idea...move on ...find something you do like. PS..if you folk who write negative things about singer songwriters or just singers think you could get up in front of people and sing be my guest. If you can sing then get your ASS out there and do it. I am not a singer I am a songwriter...but I can appreciate what it must take to get on stage.

Just breathtaking. It's easy to understand the huge reaction from the crowd - it would've been awesome in the "Esspy" that night. Hard to understand why it's not possible to find this performance if you're looking at "RockWiz" or "Duets". It should be top of the list.

Oh! And that hug at the end tells the story. There was more to that performance than a simple "gig". I don't know if it truly was for Sean but both Liam & Eddie clear put in a little more than 100%.

How can anyone COMPARE Eddi Reader and Kate Rusby. Two totally different UNIQUE (means ONE OF A KIND theboss1967able) voices. Suggest you listen to 'Mirmama' for a classic taste of Eddi. Doubt if Kate could manage 'Perfect' but I think she'd give it a darn good try.

I love Katy. I love Eddie too. Both of them are better singers than you, and me, for that matter. great song well sung; what more do you need?
