泰勝寺の裏山に広がる竹林から、毎年たくさんの恵みをもらっています。
南の地ではすでに姿を消しつつあるたけのこですが、まだ手に入る土地に暮らす方はぜひ作ってみてください。
土の中では、こんなにも優しい香りと味が育つのか、と驚かされます。
たけのこのかわりに、そら豆やホワイトアスパラガスなど、さまざまな初夏の野菜が素晴らしいスープになりますよ。
Every year, we receive abundant blessings from the bamboo forest that spreads on the mountain behind Taishoji.
Bamboo shoots are already disappearing in the southern area, but if you live in an area where they are still available, I recommend you try to make this soup.
You'll be amazed at how gentle the aroma and flavor can grow in the soil.
A variety of early summer vegetables, such as broad beans and white asparagus, make a great soup instead of bamboo shoots.
