In my case, I was getting the "dE" error randomly. It was due to the door hinge itself being slightly loose. To test that this was the problem, I closed the door and held it pushed up during the weight/timing assessment at the start of the cycle to get the latch to sense the lock pin better positioned. The cycle started successfully proving the issue. Once that was clear, tightening the door hinge screws solved it to get the door correctly positioned for the latch to sense the lock pin in the right place. No need to reset the machine.

Door should be closed tightly d=door E=error

There's also a dE2 when the door lock sensor failed

What does ep : 2 error mean ?
