you fail to mention you have to raise washer to unclip pump.....

Why not just lay the washer on its side and remove the bottom panel to access the pump? Seems like a lot less work. Thanks.

I have a 2018 model WM4370HKA and my pump assembly didn't have the clip on the bottom that had to be released, thankfully. I have the washer attached to the small under drawer washer unit, so I couldn't tip mine back to release the small white clip. Mine had 3 hex head bolts that had to be removed, similar in the video where they pointed out 2 screws to be removed and then release the white clip on the bottom. I had 3 bolts then the entire assembly with drain pump and recirc pump came out.

I use this to , replace the pump in my washer dryer combination. Because they're so cheap. It only lasted a year so I'm back doing it again so here I am reusing the same video and I appreciate it. It worked great for me the first time.

Great video and helped so much but just a word of advice, be sure to buy OEM parts, I just had to replace my new pump again after only 3 months because I bought a cheap replacement part......don't be cheap when buying the new parts?

I can't thank these guys enough for posting this. Performed this same repair in an hour and it went flawlessly. I know a few folks here mentioned it's easier if you lay the washer on its side, but if it's on a pedestal and you don't have help to lift it down, this method let's you repair it in place and was just what I needed. Plus there are a lot of electrical components that will get soaked if you're not absolutely sure all the water is out when you tip the machine.

This is great. Thank you! I like that it is simple and step by step. I appreciate it. I did though have to raise the washer. My model is a washer/dryer combo though.

What is the purpose of two pumps on this machine? Or is there 2 options for the same component?
