I've noticed that you've plugged the white and black cables in the wrong pins. @10:39 They were not placed in that order when you first opened the phone. @4:55 And if you look closely on the board, it's labeled "W" for white and "B" for black. I assume they are just reception wires (antenna), and they don't matter that much. I hope that's the case. Grate video otherwise! It was a huge help. Thank you.
