LG V10 F6V1009BTSE Turbowash 360 - Mixed Fabrics 60°C + Intensive (Full cycle)

Here the LG is washing a load of whites on Mixed Fabrics 60°C, with Intensive selected and using the default spin of 1000rpm. Mixed Fabrics doesn’t reheat the water once it has reached temperature, unlike Cotton & Easy Care - so gives more the effect of a 50° wash when 60° is selected as the temperature usually cools to around 50° by the end of the wash. I find this useful for loads I would otherwise use 50° for on other machines.
I used an Ariel Oxi pod with Ariel stain remover & Lenor Fresh Meadow fabric softener.

    Duration depends on weight of cloths and the temperature selected along with the programme. A mixed load program rakes less time than a cotton programme. Whenever I put my machine on 40 degrees than my regular cold wash, it always takes 30 minutes more than cold wash. Moreover he selected an intensive wash option.

    Hi, for this washing machine on a standard wash cycle, can you see if the water is entered and released at least three times during the cycle.

    Nice video, looks like a good cycle, if not a little long. Didn’t expect it to cool so quickly though! Maybe it was cold weather? Did I hear a Panasonic microwave?

    Well the whole point of pressing Intensive is to get a long wash 🤣. Yeah it does seem to cool fairly quickly, other cycles it maintains heat. I really can’t work it out 🤣. And yes, we have a 17/18 year old Panasonic combi

    @@TheWashHouse I know that’s why you put on intensive 😆 a shame your Siemens doesn’t have “IntensivePlus” as I do quite like mixed load IntensivePlus 60 for a short yet intensive wash! I thought it was a Panasonic. We have the same, although ours is much newer. We’ve had several in the past. Older ones were better 👍 Great rinses there 👍 Thanks for replying :) Best regards 😉

    To be honest the Siemens washes so well anyway that I don’t really have a need for intensive plus, your inferior Bosch on the other hand needs all the help it can get 😉. Yeah, my parents 3 year old Panasonic has just died - didn’t bother buying another, just got a cheap Asda digital microwave for them instead.

    Please, I would like to know the programs that you use, i.e. for white, light and dark colors, and winter clothes such as wool, silk, kitchen and bathroom towels, and the appropriate temperatures for each type of washing, how many rinses, and how strong the squeeze is. And put powder may, if the laundry is very dirty and medium soil And you clean it every time, and you clean the washing machine with any

    im new to a front load washing machine stuff, I'm wondering why does in cotton & mix mode it rinse and spin multiple times? is 1 time of rinse and spin simply not enough? i always used the quick 30 because my loads aren't very dirty and it only rinse spin 1 time

  • @TheWashHouse

    @TheWashHouse

    Жыл бұрын

    All front loaders rinse at least twice on a normal cycle, otherwise there would be too much residue on the laundry. The happy medium is 3 rinses, but towels and thicker items can benefit from even more rinsing. Some quick cycles only rinse once which still leaves the load soapy, no matter how little detergent you use. For those such as myself with skin prone to sensitivity 1 rinse would be a nightmare if I had a flare up.

    So even without the TurboWash function enabled, TurboWash 360 works for any program, correct? So then what does the TurboWash function really do?

  • @TheWashHouse

    @TheWashHouse

    Жыл бұрын

    The Turbowash button deletes a rinse and does a spray rinse instead. It doesn’t shorten any other part of the cycle, which is a shame. But the recirculation pump branded as Turbowash 360 does run during most programmes
