In my "Channel Guide" screen I usually had many programs (for each channel) for the following 48h or more, that I could select to program to automatically appear, but yesterday I found that I can only see/select the following program in each channel (just the one immediatly after the one running). Hi. I have OLED55C21 and problem with favorite channels. The TV often self delete some channels from favorite list. These channels still available in list of all channels, they disappear only from list of favorite. The second problem is when I use the Up/Down button on remote.Channels count for example 1,2,3,4,5 but after 5 skip to 1. I must to wait a while, then channels count normal 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc. I use cable tv via CI interface Do you have advise, please?

Dear customer, your TV is configured for the South American region. This specifies the availability TV functions, the applicable user agreements and applicable warranty. And more important, the TV tuner is specified for the South American region. Therefore the region settings on the TV cannot just be changed. To make your TV suitable for the European region, it could mean that the TV main board has to be replaced by a main board configured for the European region. I have the LG 65UQ81006LB TV and I have tried to edit the TV program numbers in "Edit All Programs" but I don't have the "Edit Program Number " feature as all I have is Lock/Unlock & Skip/Restore features.? Any ideas how I can change the TV program numbers on this model? Thanks

Dear Wayney B, for some broadcasters the programme numbers are fixed and cannot be changed. This is related to certification agreements with specific boradcasters per country. For more help, please contact your local LG helpdesk via www.lg.com/common

I also dont have the "edit" or "move" options on my new LG QNED5586QA !! This must be a limitation of the TV as i currently can edit or move channels on my LG OLED55B7V. Would appreciate any clarity / advice on this matter :)

Update .............. just spoke to LG (UK) who have confirmed and i quote "Sadly that option has been removed from all LG TVs now, It did use to be there but its now no longer available." .........

I can't get any of the major Freeview channels in the UK on my new LG C3 55". I have the right region set, ive tried dozens of times, i keep getting unknown stations.

Dear customer, please make sure you have entered the correct postcode in the location settings of the TV. Also check the position of the antenna and the cable between the antenna and TV. LG removed the Move button, not for certification reasons linked to certain channels (the present excuse) but for ALL channels. The screenshot in the on screen guide (just like this video) even shows that the Move button should be there but it is not. There was no need to remove it, it is extremely disruptive when we're used to pressing 3, 4 or 5 for ITV, CH4 and CH5 but the HD versions of the same channels are way up on 103, 104, and 105. Obviously people want to switch these channel numbers for good, accessible reason. We paid hard earned money for these TVs, they are supposed to be "smart and customisable" but LG is stripping out the very smart, customisable features we need that were in previous LG TVs for years, essentially making some same-spec LG TVs a downgrade.

Dear customer, in this video the Move button is available because a digital antenna receiving free channels is used (public broadcast in the Netherlands). However, most commercial TV providers do not allow to move channels. This does not apply to certain channels, but to the TV provider (all channels from this provider). This is because the TV provider has agreements with the channels about the position of the channels. Therefore the TV provider does not allow the channels to be moved, for the TV to be certified by that provider.

This does not appear to be correct I had a Panasonic watching Freeview HD channels but I moved them, I now have an LG TV on the same Freeview and now you can't move them so the issue must be with LG and it's agreements?

Dear customer, to receive any TV programmes, a cable, antenna or satellite connection with a proper signal must be connected to the TV. Also the the 'Broadcast country' must be set correctly in the settings of the TV (All Settings > System > Location > Broadcast Country). Dear Mohsen, the programmes are fixed by the broadcaster, the TV can skip (not show) a programme but not remove it from the received signal. If a programme is marked as 'skip', it will not be shown when you switch through the programmes. The skipped programme will only be shown if you specifically select the programme number on your remote. Another way to 'remove' programmes is to create a Favorite list which does not include the programmes you do not want to see.

Dear customer, it depends on your country/region, but in Europe most TV broadcasters block the option to edit the programme number. In many cases the broadcaster have agreements with the channels about the programme number (for example BB2 is on number 2) and therefore do not allow to edit the programme number. I’ve had LG TVs for years and I have had no problem at all with managing the programmes but suddenly I have a load of programmes I want to remove from my TV and there are chunks of numbers missing from the sequential list. BBC3 appears to be number 614!! Life is NOT good with LG! Life is too short. Sort it out or I’ll be buying my next TV from another company!

This stuff works so terribly.

My 65 inch 3D LG TV having edge leaking light and right hand top corner having black shadow due to led back light dead, the LG service technician told me need to order a new 65 inch screen to replace it which is difficult to find. And my screen some times have blinking problem when the screen turns black still has sound,due to power voltage control part malfunction. So bad the LG quality! LG life is garbage!
