I have a LG washing machines with an agitator and the post just sit there and agitates not moving around is this model better

Our Washing mashing looks like conventional but ls smart inverter

Does it has a sound display at the end to indicate the cycles have completed? Mine don't have.. is it normal?

Powerful Turbo wash is good but downside is it also is very harsh on fabrics.

I’m really considering buying a LG front loader, but I just don’t know if I can get over not being able to add water if needed. Why can’t you add a water plus feature?????????

It's very easy to add water in front loader. Just put hose pipe to detergent box and turn on tap. That's it

LG newer front and top loaders have a Water Plus(Deep Fill) feature and you can use water until the maximum capacity

Love the way how LG embarrasses their own product with a new product.

I don’t get why people want the clothes to be washed in few minutes. It’s not like people are washing the clothes themselves 😁 or you must look at the machine while it is washing. Relax, read a book, watch a movie, talk to your friends while the machine is working. Plus in any washing machine, this short cycle options is very harsh on your clothes. I want it properly cleaned with min damage on my clothes.

Sometimes it's the urgency of it that makes them to have cloths washed in less time. Lesge 39 minutes turbowash, we have programs like speed 14 which takes less than 16 minutes when put on high dry spinning. Saves a lot of time when we want to get ready under 2-3 hours. On other days we use it for less soiled very less load of laundry to save on electricity.

LOL! Because they clean better. I had a front loader. I returned it after a week and a half when I saw that my baby's bibs still had stuff stuck on them. NEVER happened with my older agitator model. These new top loaders aren't as good as the older models, but at least they move faster than the front loaders. I thought WOW, they all tell me these clean better than the top loader, so I was really interested in seeing for myself. NOPE. Didn't happen...LOL! In Europe people wash their dirty clothes before putting them in the wash. It's true.

@@marysmith4811 sorry Mary, but a US Top loader never ever can clean your clothes as clean as a modern front loader. That's physically impossible. I live in Europe Austria and I tried this us washers in NYC and also in Thailand. Most of them have no heater and they washing with low temperatures, so that's the reason why you use bleach. They are fast but they can't remove stains. Maybe the old one with high mechanic action, but they need a high amount of water. I think the big us front loader from lg clean really good :) And they are efficiently too

@@DrTeck Problem is you've tested it in Ny "C", regular households have their own water heaters and top loaders that are meant to clean Hard effin core due to them being stationed in basements without any worries to wake up the neighbor that lives not only below but above you. You probably also used the Portable top loader, im quite confident about that fact. And the most important factor here is that the hot water that comes from these regular household heaters are twice as hot as your top hot you will ever get in nyc or austrian apartments regardless, i mean Boiling HOT! and thats when the heater is set at about 4 out of 10 levels of hot. You have no idea yet you compare european lukewarm water with american HOT lol no offense but admit that years and years on in europe front loaders, the fashion of having front door opened after washing to not get that nasty faul smell right after you open it the next time youre about to toss the clothes in, the stench that I promise you is never to be expected from the top loader, and how many years for havent been this inconvenience been perfected in EU front loaders yet? You have american GE who actually is improving the situation with these washers on their own front loaders. An american company man! Say no more, front loaders are useless. The pathetic way of also having them drain hoses attached the way so that they leak the mess into the sinks or baththubs with that same foul smell ewk, give me a break.

No, our front load used to take like 1:30mins our top load cleans better and takes 30mins although it does use lots of water
