LG Smartdrive stator re wiring instructions PART 2 for 12v/24v Wind Turbine Generators

FREE ENERGY PROJECT LG smartdrive stator re wiring instructions for 12v/24v Wind Turbine Generators.
In this video I carry on from the last video by finishing the connections and then get the stator on to the shaft and see what is going on when the rotors are turned.
YOU WILL WANT TO BE WATCHING UNTIL THE END MY FRIENDS !!!!

It outputs the Voltage the correct way because you have 6 diodes in the 3 phase rectifier. So no matter the direction of rotation, it will always be positive on the positive terminal and negative on the negative terminal.

hi this is awesome videos ,cany you tell me the 3 wires you join together are they an earth ,are they used for anything will bit of heat shrink do to cover them. when testing you only test the 3 main wires no earth colin

You need to connect the 3 wires coming out to a DC rectifier which changes the AC power into DC for battery charging.

Could you use the unit unmodified and step the voltage down via a transformer? Then use a single phase bridge rectifier?

I guess you could do that. I've seen people talk about using an unmolested one in a vertical axis wind turbine because it's suited to the lower RPM, I gave up using these motors because I found that electric bike hubs of the right kind are much much better in every way.

Doesn't going deep on the slots run the risk of arcing; or, do you use hot glue (etc.) later in the video/video series to prevent such arcing?

@@GavinFreedomLover Thank you. :) I know what it's like to have to try to juggle projects. :) I didn't word my original question all that well, anyway; in that I didn't clarify that I was referring to "on down the road," when wind & weather could start causing some corrosion. (I do tend to "over-think" things a lot; but, it's also the reason why I've survived for 67 tumultuous years...) When you have the time: I'm curious about the combination of 12/24v & 3 phase. I, admittedly, "know just enough to be dangerous" ;p & I'm learning as I go. Here in the US, 3-phase is (as far as I know) always AC; &, typically, only used in industrial settings. 12/24v is typically DC; &, for most applications, requires the use of an inverter to run anything; but, it's appearing to be great for charging super-capacitors (which are getting more affordable & seem to beat the heck out of having a huge bank of deep cycle batteries.) About my only use for 220/240 is my welding machine, which I'd like to continue to be able to use; but, that might easily become irrelevant, given the current dystopian trajectory of the US. I might be darned lucky to get things done in time to even have lights & refrigeration before "the bottom falls out." Anyway... Do you (and others who might be willing to chime in on this) think this wiring version would work over here; or, should I be looking for a more "US version" of how to set up my wires?

No my friend. I didn't try that. I gave up with these motors. They are not powerful enough. They are good for use in hydro if you get 1,000, RPM spin speed

I have taken it down now , max was about 500 watts but I made some errors in the build could get 800 max in very windy conditions, they only make 1kw at 1000rpm in a hydro setup.

@@GavinFreedomLover oh wow i was about to ask if that can be applied to microhydro. 1kw is good enough for me. I was just thinking if how much can it generate in a water wheel with a 70liter per minute flow and a height of 3m.

yes they are great for hydro make sure you get the bearing stub from the washing machine.
