Finally LG you release your multi split I've been waiting for this for too long

Our small apartment itself has 3 air conditioner and 3 outdoor unit. This is a great invention. I fixed LG air conditioner in my room but hardly used it.

Nice video. The space/science sound effects are a bit overwhelming. The tech is sound. Variable speed compressors are very efficient and eliminating ducting (or most ducting) is nice. I too have heard LG has mixed reviews on relighability when compared to companies like Mitsubishi.

The constant whooshing effect was extremely annoying. Felt like someone at LG's Ad/PR dept just discovered the 'whoosing' preset.

LG you have decent dishwashers but mostly famously known for your horrible fridges. If you skimp on making fridges that are really bad quality, I think you need to fix the 'compressor' for your fridges before you venture off into other projects like a HVAC (which is also like a fridge). Don't be greedy.

Amazing.. definitely solves a lot of problems.

Good one it was introduced in DAIKIN. If the out door unit gets problem all indoor units will be effected ; If it is normal split AC we can use other room

Well I’m kind of sure bills will be higher too. I hope for this Multi split has its own sensor as well. So u can just leave all of it ON and will just automatically run when temp. Gets higher just like in central AC.

LG needs to focus on reliability. Until then, I'm sticking with Daikin.

i have a lg and stil works after 5yrs

LG has a problem with compressors. I already had 2 that dyed. One heat pump and one domestic refrigerator. Go Daikin!

This what I want for my new home which has 8 rooms but wanted only for 6 rooms only. I asked this to one of our office engineer and he said there's nothing and could not give enough cooling.

It is the VRF technology invented before. OG, Mitsubishi already doing this. They didn’t even used the word VRF in Video.

what if the outdoor unit fails ? it impacts all the ac's running..!! assume we have to burn the pocket for the repairs too..

If I have a multi-zone system with ONE external LG Multi Split Smart Inverter unit, with each indoor air handler head having an independent pipe run carrying refrigerant, can I heat one room, while simultaneously cooling another room?

Does the code on the PCBs has a timer for programmed obsolescence? Multi-Split is definitely what I need, but I think there's too many PCBs with stuff that I can't control, I'll have to keep looking.

The copper piping is gonna cost you more than the outdoor unit. As not necessarily all the rooms are faced to the direction of the compressor. The plumbing cost of copper pipe is very high.

Still it will be much cheaper than buying individual AC units..

Is it applicable for a straight row house

i have a lot of questions ... if the outdoor unit is 3 ton and for example i turn on the ac in room a will thr whole 3 ton unit power on and consume that much electricity and for example in room a heat is needed and in room b cooling is needed what will the outdoor unit do then ???

Samina Burhan the Unit is a variable speed inverter, it changes its output to suit needs. So no, not always 3 ton. With this system it can you can only heat or cool the rooms. The system can’t do both at the same time. It’s a very efficiently controlled system.

Its cost $5,025-$12,475 yes it is available in all cities.

In case outdoor unit under breakdown maintenance, unfortunately all 4 units are shutdown (For example Compressor fail, condenser fan motor stuck)

Better to stick to individual indoor-outdoor units rather than multi split since cost remains more or less similar.. Any damage to compressor will render the entire indoor units useless. So far, it doesn't seem to available in India for whoevr is searching. Mitsubishi has thou.a bit costly but reliable. But they provide only to hotels and complexes.

They replied me that they have stopped production in 2014 itself then how come video posted in 2018!!?
