How to proceed
Usually in dryers, the condensed water is pumped up to the collection container, to be emptied manually.
By connecting a hose to the connection on the side, however, the water can also be conveyed directly to a drain in the water network, for example when the dryer is installed above a washing machine:
In this case you can use a connection kit to the exhaust pipe (the pipe is usually already present in the packaging).
Remember that:
- the tube must be kept original in size, without modifying or extending it.
- therefore consider the length of the tube supplied with the machine.
- in height, this should not exceed the top of the dryer.
- do not position the drain hose vertically more than 1-1.5 meters from the base
