Those 2 old machines are quite better than that lg, better built and better results, they're whirlpool/Phillips from late 90's and early 2000s

No Direct Drive does not make sense let me explain: On a nornal washer the motor is connected to the drum with a belt and the motor is attached to the drum housing that vibrates. Lg Centum : same thing without the belt and a brush -less motor instead of a brushed one. No difference.

However, in the advert they are running without counterweights so they self destroy... Anyway I trust in LG, their appliances aren't as crappy ad other manufacturers.

Bullshit. I have one of those Whirlpool machines at home (AWM835). It washes perfectly and does not vibrate too much. Made in 1996 and it still works! I wonder if LG machine can last 24 years. Answer is: no. Works until warranty ends...

Tbh new one is even worse. Centum system balancing balls break after 2 to 4 years and machine keeps detecting unbalanced load with empty drum. Such a quality
