I don't know. There is some ambiguity as it relates to the "redistributes" part of that basic ability as it only redistributes up to a max 25% of Omega Red's health. But the way I read it, the 10% health steal occurs first, then the redistribute part is capped to 25% but obviously in game its working differently. Basically, how it reads versus how they intended it to work. I will send a ping to the new player experience guy and see if we can get clarification on how that is supposed to actually work.
