I agree. Reference tonight to Lexus website shows different trims and a much inflated price. Sorry but I would forget the dodgy hybrid system and go for a Mazda CX-30 with the economical Skyactive X engine. Just as premium inside and fantastic manual gearbox and the rotary controller and not a scratch pad. Room in the back on a par with the Lexus and more room in the boot. Save yourself £3k.

@@nickgiles7568 A friend has a Mazda and very nice inside. It wont match the UX on fuel though as you will ave well into 50's mpg. All touch screen in the UX since 2023 no more touchpad. You can also get 5k of list through Carwow.

Because I want to be able to get away several times a year, both for weekends and for longer fortnight holidays, my next vehicle will be a Vauxhall Combo Life Electric with the Wheelhome Vikenze III camper conversion.

This is the old model, the interior has been heavily revised on the new model.

This is a great car for the first time electric vehicle buyers. For me, I’m already converted and drive a Renault Zoe.

This is my favourite car channel now. I do quite like Carwow but I do find Mat's always trying to be funny, quite unfunny. I may actually buy a UX.

I love the colour of this Lexus!! It’s very close to the colour of my Renault Zoe!!

With such a small boot area, I would never buy one of these cars!! My car has to have a big enough boot to carry a folding electric bicycle.

I need to carry a folded electric bike too. The UX boot is disappointing in a car 4.5m long, but a folding bike with 20" wheels might fit. Are you thinking of a folding bike with 26" or larger wheels?

Would I ever look at a car running on pollutants? Never again!! Would I consider it if they took out the petrol engine and only used an electric motor!!
