Love my IS250! First thing I did when I got it was take off the mufflers and resonators, also added quad 3.5" tips on the end. Gives it a slightly deeper tone. I've owned it for a year now and I still love it!

@@shadowaudi497 Well mine only has 108k on it but it's been solid! It has usual maintenance stuff that will wear out over time. My alternator went out around 100k miles. As well as the shocks. But nothing serious. Lexus is made by Toyota and this are built to move 250-300k miles

I haven’t smiled this hard in years, specially in my teenage years. I’ve found a Lexus is250 2006 with 123k miles for 4500 AUD. Going to look at it soon, but regardless this is my first modification I will do to the car as it is truly amazing. Cheers mate.

I am going to do something like that on my 2014 Lexus IS250 I already have 3 1/2 inch tips I was thinking of doing a muffler delete on mine I already have other modifications on my lexus. Anyways do your thing & keep up the great content and once again awesome IS250 you got. My nephew has one as well same lexus as you I believe his a 2010 IS250 and he has done muffler delete on his.

I have a vibrant ultra quiet resonator with a muffler delete on my 350 and cruising sounds stock but when u floor it , it’s loud and sounds amazing , previously had res delete and was very loud and raspy and caused vibrations in my interior

@@ChristianMastrile did a lot of research on this and Vibrant Ultra Quiet Resonator with muffler delete and big tips is the way to go. Nice and quiet when cruising but give it the beans and she starts to sing. Also almost 0 drone. Perfect.

Im thinking about doing a secondary cat delete and a straight pipe on my 08 is250 (live in PA, no emissions hype) only thing I’ve done so far is a f-sport intake and a greddy set up from the secondary cat back. Might look into unequal length headers too. Hope it’ll sound similar cus damn bro lol

I've had my non-ML '06 a lil over a year. Don't drive it much (5k last year) since I drive for work but wanted bulletproof reliability and AWD for Maine winters. Looked for over a year to find an affordable one with 100k (or less) miles that wasn't completely trashed, and tho it def is a work in progress, the V6 is a disappointment, sound AND power-wise... Sooo, I've spent around $3k on my strictly-stock-looking, sleeper stereo so far. Your beast sounds SICK, btw! I'm just gonna roll up my windows and crank it to 11😆

I love my F-Sport exhaust version 2. Could be louder but I don't want that attention. Was thinking about adding a megan midpipe but some have said it would make it too loud unless I had the version 1 Fsport exhaust.

Honestly I like the sounds of it idling outside but it does have a trombone sound when taking off which would keep me from straight piping mine but the car looks super sharp

I think the trombone effect is just due to the inherent design of the v6

I have a HKS Hi Power on my is250 after having a straight pipe for a while. If you want something more toned down and but still have that deep rumble this exhaust is the way to go. Message me if you want a little video of how it sounds, I can do a video similar to yours.

Did you lose power when you removed the rear and center of the exhaust ??? In general, naturally aspirated engines need back pressure in the exhausts. Thank you for the answer , I'm just working on the exhausts on my IS250, but I don't want to lose performance.

I love the is250 but I don't know if I can see myself trading in my 2016 ats 2.0t for it. I think the power gap is what's deturing me. I'm making 332 to the wheels and I don't know if I could gi w it up to start over..

Get a intake for your IS bro. Definitely would make a difference too. I love that V6 growl of the engine. For the exhaust Invidia is probably the best paired with the midpipe or hks

18x8.5+40 in front and 18x9.5+38 in rear for the wheels fam. And it's a muffler and resonator delete for the exhaust setup

Visited Daly City recently for the New year to discover that my cousin got a used 2007 IS350 and straight piped the thing. I was so jealous ! Now I’m known as the Cuzzo with the weaker 250! Lol. I just recently got a is250 2006. And it's is a amazing daily. Stock is250 go from 0-60 in 7 seconds. They are smooth, and fun to drive!

Staying on top of your maintenance (oil change, TB clean, MAF clean), putting in right fuel, occasionally driving in high RPMs, etc. Very easy to maintain as long as your on top of it. I'll be making vids on how to do all that stuff tho

Can you daily a car as loud as this

If you wanna tone it down the exhaust slightly....run a SHORT resonator in the midpipe like magnaflow, borla etc. Try not to run the cheap brands, they will blow out in a year or so and then you will be back to where you started.

I bought my 08 is250 at 17 for 8500. One owner before and clean title. Save your money and keep on the look out locally for cars. You’re going the right route looking for an Lexus. Just stay motivated. You got this

It can get pretty rough ngl. I usually drive with my windows down so freeways are crazy loud and going up hills are pretty bad too. With the windows up tho, Lexus did a pretty good job of sound deadening so it has a decent drone
